Long time no stretch

May 31, 2011 Leave a comment

Well, I’m sad to say I have stopped stretching.

Last month I decided to also pull back on the skin with some force during my stretching sessions. This seemed fine at first but after a week or so the skin started getting very sore and flaky – even painful. This meant I had to stop stretching and putting the cream on altogether.

This amongst other things like trying to finish college successfully meant I could no longer stretch for quite a long period. Needless to say (or perhaps the opposite of that because I’m not sure it’s been documented before) all the previous weeks of stretching were a waste as the band went back to how it was previously.

At first I was upset and disappointed that I had failed my mission but after a while I came to accept it wasn’t the end of the world.

Not only can I start stretching again whenever I like but I also know that I can keep up a good routine if I need to. I will be doing some travelling over the next few months which would make stretching even more difficult so I may start up again when I come back.

To all those trying similar techniques to me I suggest you don’t pull back the skin tight like I did because although it wasn’t painful to do, the resulting problem was.

Still waiting for skin stretchers (tunnels)

April 1, 2011 Leave a comment

OK so I must admit I’m a bit disappointed that my ‘flesh tunnels’ didn’t arrive today. My eBay seller has let me down. I was hoping to have a whole weekend’s worth of stretching under my belt by Monday but it looks like that might not be possible.

Better stick to my manual routine for the moment 😦

2 weeks in…

After a couple of weeks of stretching I did notice a very slight improvement. I reckon that the skin stretched perhaps 2mm in total. This was quite frustrating obviously so I decided to take more action and get some cream to help me along.

Betamethasone cream is something I had researched previously, again, it was something I had tried in the past but with no luck – mainly because I didn’t stick to the drill.

Betamethason 0.05% cream is a topical steroid cream which helps during stretching by increasing the rate at which cells in your skin multiply. In the UK it is know as Diprosone and you can only get it on prescription…or can you? Well, luckily I did find a site that would ship it to this country without the need for a prescription. I know this isn’t really the right thing to do but I know my doctor wouldn’t have prescribed it to me. I saw my doctor about my issue years back and he hasn’t even heard of the cream, he said the only real way to do it was to be circumcised so you can imagine my response to that – no thanks! If I have to deal with things myself then so be it.

So, back to my 2 week mark. After feeling rather frustrated I decided it was time to get back on the cream as my routine stretching had been going well so far. So now, along with stretching I use my cream as well.

Now, I’ve seen a lot of sites where people have said they’ve used the cream and it’s been really effective but no one really says how they use it. Do they put it on while they stretch? Before they stretch or after they stretch? Well, your guess is as good as mine but I have been doing it after. The main reason being I feel this is the best time to allow the cream to seep into my skin and do its work. The fact I do it overnight means it stays on for longer too.

In my next post I’ll explain exactly what my technique is.

This isn’t the beggining

This isn’t the first time I have tried stretching.  A few years back I decided to give it a try but I soon lost interest after a few weeks. It’s hard work getting into doing it every day but so far, with my second try, I am doing well.

The trick I have found is to get into a routine.

So how have I got started this time? Well I looked at my failures from last time and have tried to improve upon them.

Previously, to stretch my foreskin I tried inserting various objects into the hole. Yes I know this sounds odd but there’s not a lot of other ways to get that hole stretched!

I started with cotton wool buds – inserting as many as possible into my foreskin and then just leaving them there as long as possible. It go to the stage where I could fit in about 8 but this wasn’t a very productive way of doing things. Although I could leave them in all day there were a few problems – (a) the length of cotton wool buds meant I had to cut them short each morning (b) it’s not that easy to go for a piss with them in and (c) if you did go for a piss they’d end up smelling by the end of the day (as I’m sure you can imagine). Don’t judge me – I was young and naive back then!

My next idea was to get a biro lid in there. It was quite difficult to get it in intially but once it was in it seemed a lot better than the cotton wool buds. The problem with a biro lid however is it’s not exactly smooth round the edges. Any hard plastic rubbing against the inside of your penis is uncomfortable as I’m sure you can imagine so this idea didn’t last long.

I was stuck for ideas until I saw someone on a forum suggest using a fishing tool (I can’t remember the name of what they are right now but you can see in the picture). With this tool you can insert it into the hole in your foreskin and then gently stretch it open. This is what I have started doing.

From the 14th of Feb 2011 I have stretched every night for 10 minutes.

About this Phimosis blog

March 28, 2011 Leave a comment

Hello all, my name is ‘tightman’ and I will be taking you on my journey.

I am 26 years old and I have Phimosis.

All throughout my teenage (and now early adult) years I cannot remember being able to pull back my foreskin. This has never once caused my any problems or pains. I have had 2 ‘proper’ girlfriends and have managed to have a completely normal sex life.

Now however I have decided I want to be able to pull my foreskin back like other people – note I didn’t say ‘normal’ people because that’s not the way I see it. Why? Well why not; it’s just something I’d like to be able to do.

So I will be blogging how I get on with my journey.

Note that I have opted against any kind of surgery. I have researched Phimosis a lot and have seen people who have been circumcised and also people who have had a ‘dorsal slit’ and I don’t fancy having either of those so it’s time to do some manual labour and stretch my foreskin and keep the senses I have in the tip of the skin.
