My stretching technique

OK so this is what my routine has been for the past month and a bit:

  1. Stretch the foreskin as much as possible without causing pain. Slight discomfort is fine but pain is a no-no. Using my ‘tool’ I carefully insert the ‘plier’ end into the foreskin and then start pulling them open to widen the end.
  2. Holding this and stretching the skin for 10 minutes.
  3. Masturbate afterwards if the mood is right 😉
  4. Apply a small amount the betamethasone cream onto the very end of my foreskin and rub in for 60 seconds
